2. Booking Multiple Slots:
Treetop Rocks runs different types of sessions across various locations & this potentially adds a bit of complexity to the booking system, so please bear with us!!
After adding your first person to your cart, when you click "continue browsing" the system will re-enter you back at the start of the booking page
Just choose the same session & time & then select a different space number for your second climber & so on
The trick is.....
....to keep a note of the space number you choose for each climber as you add them to the cart, otherwise you'll be trying to put the same space in your cart twice....
...and definitely remember which time slot you chose!
Any issues, mistakes or confusion, please just contact us & we'll happily sort it for you.
3. Ages:
Our tree climbing sessions are MOST SUITABLE for CHILDREN & ADULTS AGED 5 +
However CLIMBERS aged 3 & 4 are welcome, with the following caveat:
At that age, their hand strength & cognitive ability may limit their participation. Whilst they will definitely be able to enjoy a rope swing, please manage your expectations of what else they can achieve & be prepared to help us support them!
4. On the Day:
Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before the start of your booking time so we can register you & kit you up before the start of your lesson!
Bring a hair bobble to tie back long hair
Of course you may wear what you like, but we advise that shorts are not the most comfortable choice of clothing for a harness with leg loops around the thighs!
Some people find that gloves - any type, even winter or rubber medical - prevent tender skin on the hands from chafing on the ropes. Most people, however, climb without, so do not feel the need to make expensive purchases
New sessions & locations are regularly updated throughout the season so keep checking back until you see something that sparks joy! If you need something that you can't see online (an extra space for a last-minute addition for example) do contact us & we'll do our best to help .
